On the morning of June 24, 2025, Stavian Energy Solutions (“Stavian ES”) officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for the design, construction, and installation of a solar-powered lighting system at Quan Do Industrial Cluster, located in Phu Cu District, Hung Yen Province.
This project marks a strategic milestone in Stavian ES’s journey to actualize an eco-industrial model for industrial clusters and parks in Vietnam. It reflects the company’s long-term vision and strong commitment to applying green technology, fostering sustainable infrastructure development, promoting environmental friendliness, and attracting high-quality investment capital.
The lighting system employs high-capacity solar-powered lamps integrated with next-generation energy storage batteries and smart controllers, enabling autonomous operation, optimized efficiency, and adaptability under harsh weather conditions. All equipment adheres to the stringent technical standards set by the national regulation TCVN 13608:2023 for public lighting. This solution not only significantly reduces operational costs, eliminates the need for traditional power grid investment but also contributes actively to reducing greenhouse gas emissions—advancing goals of green growth and circular economy development.
A senior leader of the Quan Do Industrial Cluster’s investor stated, “We are not merely building a modern industrial zone—we are laying the foundation for a sustainable development model where businesses, people, and the environment thrive together. The integration of renewable energy right from the infrastructure phase affirms our commitment to developing a green industrial park.”

Stavian ES will also deliver a comprehensive energy-saving solution not only for the industrial park’s investor but also for other tenants through rooftop solar power investment integrated with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and green power supply via the DPPA mechanism in the long term.”
